Treat yourself to a day completely devoted to nourishing your mind, body and soul.
Winter is the perfect time to turn inward and replenish your energy. Most of us spend our days feeling busy and stressed, and giving our energy out to the world around us. This retreat is a space where those obligations and stressors can fall away, and you can allow yourself to truly relax and receive.
Annabelle and Alisha will guide you through a day of movement, creativity, connection and self-reflection. You’ll leave feeling deeply grounded, nourished and tuned into your soul’s wisdom.
– Opening circle and guided meditation
– Vinyasa yoga – A beautiful flowing yoga class, synchronising breath with movement. All levels welcome (please let us know if you are pregnant).
– Listening partnership and journalling – time to give and receive the gift of holding space, to tune into your inner wisdom, and release energy and beliefs that are weighing you down
– Nourishing, allergy conscious lunch and treats – vegan and gluten free
– Mist making – Create your own intention infused mist with essential oils. This will be a beautiful tangible reminder of the day to take home with you.
– Restorative yoga – sink into a blissful state of relaxation and ground your new intentions for a nourished life
– Closing circle – end the day with certainty that the nourishment received today can continue into your everyday life.
What you’ll need to bring along with you:
Comfortable clothes for practicing yoga.
Your favourite notebook and pens for journalling
Anything that you usually use for relaxation, such as an eye pillow,
An open heart
Optional: An offering for the altar, to be infused with the beautiful energy of the day. This could be a crystal, piece of jewellery, or anything else you’re called to bring.
